Project description

Backfill L2 onsite IT support in Velsen-Noord. The role includes deskside and end-user support, ServiceNow ticket handling, IMAC, hardware and software troubleshooting, device deployment and returns, inventory and logistics, VIP support, and walk-in IT support.

Requirements: minimum 2 years of relevant experience, working knowledge of Dutch and English, and an English CV. An interview may be required.

Location: Velsen-Noord. Planned start: 2 November 2026.
